    Notice of Proposed Draft Ordinance Revision

    August 12, 2020

    The District proposes to revise Title 21 of the Pima County Code, entitled Flood Control Facilities Lands and Facilities Regulations to inlcude provisions to allow for the implementation of a US Army Corps of Engineers In-Lieu Fee Program. The public is invited to review the strike-out version or clean version of Chapter 21 and provide comments on the draft language of the proposed ordinance via email sent to Eric Shepp, Deputy Director and Floodplain Administrator at Eric.Shepp@pima.gov (preferred) or at the following public meeting:
