  • Oct. 16 is last day to complete bullying course

The Human Resources, Training and Staff Development team, TEAMW.O.R.K., is proud to announce the rollout of our Preventing, Identifying, and Addressing Workplace Bullying online course, which is designed to explain Workplace Bullying.

This course is mandatory for all Pima County employees and must be completed by Friday, Oct.16.

Contained within this course are audio, interactive activities, and knowledge checks to further enhance your professional development and training experience. The course is approximately 35 minutes long and there is a short quiz near the end that will require you to receive a passing score of 80% to receive credit for completing the course. If you start the course and you are unable to complete it, you have the option to return to the section where you stopped. NOTE: there is a survey that will appear after you complete the course that you must complete before you are able to receive your certificate.

Be careful not to close out of the course before you've taken the survey. (See graphic at right.) The X in the uppermost corner will exit you from the site and will not save your progress. The X in the gray circle is the course exit and it will save the progress.

Below are some helpful instructions to enroll into the course in our Learning Management System (LMS) and complete the survey:
    1. Open your Microsoft Edge or Chrome browser and visit the LMS website to sign in and enroll in the course. If you need assistance in LMS, please visit the LMS welcome page or contact your Department Training Coordinator.
    2. Log in using your employee identification number (EIN), without the ‘u,’ and enter your password.
    3. Once you’re logged in, you can click on this link to be directed to the course. You can also search for the course name by clicking on the “Search” field and entering “HR – Preventing, Identifying, and Addressing Workplace Bullying.” Click “Enroll” to enroll in the course. Make sure the “Credit” option is selected.
    4. Lastly, once you complete the course, you will need to complete the survey about this course. The survey is located at the bottom right hand corner of the course enrollment page.
