  • Floodprone Land Acquisition Program

    The Pima County Floodprone Land Acquisition Program is a voluntary program to acquire residential properties within flood hazard areas. In addition, the owner may withdraw at any time.

    Closing Costs. Other expenses incidental to transfer of title, including title reports, recording fees and escrow fees, will be paid fifty percent (50%) by the District and fifty percent (50%) by the owner.

    Broker’s Commission. Owner has sole responsibility to pay all brokerage or finder’s fees to any agent the owner may have employed. Please note that it is not necessary to use a broker or agent.
