Last month, Human Resources’ Training and Development team asked County employees for their input on the respectful behaviors they believe all employees should Respect graphpossess. The survey was part of the Training and Development team’s ongoing efforts to capture data to build a training program that embodies the County's values of We A.R.E. Pima County – Accountable, Respectful, Ethical.

HR received a total of 1,345 responses. The top vote-getters were:
    • Treating Others Fairly and Equitably - 90 percent
    • Active Listening - 81 percent
    • Being Kind and Considerate - 78 percent
    • Embracing Differences - 47 percent
    • Being Genuine - 44 percent
As more training courses are developed, employees will see the respectful behaviors they selected woven through the topics and concepts. The Training Committee's goal is to create training based on those shared values.
