Are you interested in reducing stress, increasing focus, and living a healthier and happier life? Are you looking for a practical wellness solution that doesn’t take more than a few minutes a day? 

No question, we are all facing unprecedented levels of uncertainty and stress. That’s why we're pleased to announce that we are launching a new employee benefit to help you navigate these challenging times.

Levelhead is a practical, science-based program designed to:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Improve focus and attention
  • Boost self-compassion
  • Provide the skills you need to live a healthier and happier life

Levelhead is a digital, mindfulness based app that provides 3-5 minute micro-lessons that are proven to work. Topics include stress and anxiety, self-compassion, focus & attention, gratitude, and more! Audio micro-lessons can be listened to anytime, anywhere and are easy-to-use. Plus, by using Levelhead, you’ll have even more chances to participate in fun and rewarding challenges offered to you throughout the year from the Pima County Wellness team!


Who can participate? All Pima County employees
Delivery: Personal Smartphone or Tablet (Apple or Android products)
How to get started:

Register Here

  • Activation Email: Watch for an important email from Levelhead, which will include instructions on how to download the Levelhead app – including your personal activation code. It’s easy and only takes a minute.
  • IMPORTANT: The code is time sensitive, so please activate as soon as you receive it.
  • USE YOUR WORK EMAIL ADDRESS to “activate your account” in the App.
  • The code is for one-time use and is matched only to you and your work email.

This is a voluntary challenge and everyone with the Levelhead App can participate.

Complete 20 "Learning to Thrive" exercises during the challenge and you'll:
  • Earn 10 Healthy Lifestyle Activity Points
