Don’t miss out on this opportunity to get free, safe, professional instruction in shotgun shooting on Saturday, Feb. 8, at Pima County’s Southeast Clay Target Center near the Pima County Fairgrounds.

Pre-registration is required for the 2 p.m. class. A minimum of 20 participants is needed; registration is limited to 30. The first two classes (at 10 a.m. and noon) have already filled up.

Shotguns, ammunition, eye/ear protection and targets will be provided at no charge at this free event.
The free classes are being offered by the Arizona Game and Fish Department; Pima County
Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation; Arizona State Rifle & Pistol Association and NRA Sports.
The Clay Target Center, 11295 S. Harrison Road, has three trap fields and three combination trap/skeet fields. It is open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
The Clay Target Center is one of the latest additions to the Southeast Regional Park, which has had a 30-position Shooting Range for handguns, rifles and other small-bore and large-bore guns since 2004. The Shooting Range is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.
