Beginning Tuesday, September 14 through Wednesday, September 22, between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Pima County Department of Transportation and its contractor,
Southern Arizona Paving & Construction Co., will be performing milling and paving work as part of Pima County's Road Repair Program on Marsh Station Road from the cattle guard east of the Rincon Valley Fire District Station 2 to east of Red Hill Ranch Road.

The work will consist of setting traffic control, lowering utilities, milling and repaving and temporary striping. Thermo striping is scheduled for a later date.

Please approach the area with caution and obey all traffic control devices. Motorists can expect reduced speed, lane restrictions and a pilot vehicle assisting motorists through the work zone. Minor delays may occur during this work.

In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, the construction schedule is subject to change.

In Fiscal Year 2021/2022, the Pima County Board of Supervisors and Transportation Department allocated $85 million in road repair and preservation funding for the Road Repair and Preservation Program.
