    Pavement PreservationTomorrow, Wednesday, March 9, and Thursday, March 10, between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Pima County Department of Transportation and its contractor, Granite Construction, Inc., will begin lowering utilities on Camino De La Tierra from Ina Road to Orange Grove Road ahead of paving operations.

    Flaggers will be on site to direct, monitor and control traffic movements through the construction zone. Please approach the area with caution and obey all traffic control devices. Minor delays may occur during this work.

    In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, the construction schedule is subject to change.

    In Fiscal Year 2021/2022, the Pima County Board of Supervisors and Transportation Department allocated $85 million in road repair and preservation funding for the Road Repair and Preservation Program.
