Road RepairOn Monday, January 30, through Friday, February 10, between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Pima County Department of Transportation and its contractor, iSX Construction, will be performing milling and paving work as part of Pima County’s Road Pavement Repair and Preservation Program at the following locations:

    • Monday, January 30 through Friday, February 10: milling and paving on Campbell Avenue from Skyline Drive to north of River Road and River Road from Camino Luz to east of Campana Drive.

The work will consist of setting traffic control, milling and repaving, and temporary striping will follow.  Thermo striping is scheduled for a later date.

Flaggers will be on site to direct, monitor and control traffic movements through the construction zone.  Due to the work area limitations, turn movements within the work zone may be restricted during paving operations. Minor delays and lane closures may also occur. Please approach the area with caution and obey all traffic control devices and allow for extra travel time.

In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, the construction schedule is subject to change.

In Fiscal Year 2022/2023, the Pima County Board of Supervisors and Transportation Department allocated $66 million in road repair and preservation funding for the Road Pavement Repair and Preservation Program.
