    Program: Onsite and Webinar Wellness Workshops
    Description:

    Employee Wellness in conjunction with local health and wellness providers are offering a variety of free and informative workshops that focus on nutrition, stress management, fitness, and healthy living.

    Who can participate? All Pima County employees
    How to get started: Onsite Wellness Workshops
    Registration is not required unless otherwise noted. Walk-ins are welcome. Please sign in.

    Per Administrative Procedure 23-30, employees are encouraged to attend Employee Benefits and Wellness programs, events and activities. Employees may be allowed to flex their time, where needed, and/or, at the discretion of the appointing authority, may be allowed a maximum of eight (8) BeWell hours of paid work time per fiscal year to attend these activities.
    Incentive: Earn 10 Healthy Lifestyle Activity Points for each wellness workshop you attend.

    Note: If an employee attends an onsite, live or recorded webinar with the same topic title more than once per reporting year, points will only be awarded for the first occurrence.
