Tucson/Pima County "HOME" Down Payment Assistance Program

Pima County Community Land Trust
The Pima County Community Land Trust (PCCLT) is a non-profit community based organization which is selling beautifully remodeled homes to income eligible homebuyers. Our mission is the permanent stewardship of land for the community benefit and the preservation of the affordability of housing on the land. For more information call (520) 603-0587.
Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC)
These certificates provide federal income tax credits for interest paid on home mortgages, effectively lowering mortgage interest rates by 20%. Community Investment Corporation administers the MCC program for Rural Pima County and the cities of South Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, and Sahuarita.
Pima Tucson Homebuyer's Solution Program
The Pima Tucson Homebuyer's Solution Program provides 3%, 4% or 5% down payment assistance. This program is made possible by the Industrial Development Authorities of the County of Pima and the City of Tucson, Arizona.
USDA Rural Development
The United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development provides single family home direct loan and grant programs.
