    Improvements included construction of north-south drainage channel and cross-drainage structures at roadway crossings within Tribal boundaries. Primary focus was the Black Wash dip section along Ignacio Baumea Boulevard and erosion control including rip-rap installation, utility relocation, design and construction. This project included solutions to local drainage problems which limited accessibility to tribal and county areas and facilities south of Valencia between Camino de Oeste and Ignacio Baumea Boulvard.
