Eighteen acres of land adjacent to the Winston-Reynolds-Manzanita District Park and Drexel Heights Community Center, just south of Irvington Road and about a half mile west of Mission Road was acquired. The future park improvement will increase the park’s ability to meet public demand in this area of southwest Tucson.
