Skate park facility and playground are open to the public. Skate park is unsupervised, skate at your own risk. Operated by Arivaca Community Center, Inc. not Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation.

The Arivaca Community Center is available for fund raisers, performances, concerts, meetings, dinners, and special events. Call 398-3010.

After-school Program

The after-school program is open to children in kindergarten through the fifth grade. The program’s hours will be from the time school is dismissed to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Activities include homework help, reading program, group games, sports, arts and crafts, board and table games, special events, and more. The program is free except for some special events. Registration begins Monday, July 26 at 6 a.m.

Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation facilities are not licensed childcare facilities under section 36-882 of A.R.S. The school-age youth programs are “at will” drop in programs and youth enrolled in the programs may come and go of their own volition.
