MISSION: The Board of Adjustment hears and decides appeals for variances and interpretation of the Pima County Code Title 18, issues temporary use permits, and acts as the Airport Zoning Board of Adjustment.
AUTHORIZATION: A.R.S. §11-816 and Pima County Zoning Code Sections 18.93 and 18.101;
Board Bylaws/Rules/Procedures.
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION: 5 members. Each member shall be a resident and taxpayer of the supervisorial district from which appointed.
