    MISSION: To perform such duties prescribed by law, specifically as described in A.R.S. §49-482, Permit Denial Appeals; A.R.S. §49-490, Hearings on Orders of Abatement; and A.R.S. §49-496, Hearing Board Decisions and Procedures.

    AUTHORIZATION: A.R.S. §49-478 and Pima County Code, Section 17.04.180; Board Bylaws/Rules/Procedures.

    MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION: 5 members knowledgeable in the field of air pollution. One member shall be an attorney licensed to practice law in this state. At least a majority of the members shall not individually have a substantial interest in an emission source subject to permits or enforcement orders issued pursuant to the Pima County Code, Title 17.
