    MISSION:  To review and recommend retirement benefits for public safety retirement members with respect to full-time, paid Pima County Attorney's Office investigators, who are certified peace officers and regularly assigned to hazardous duty.

    AUTHORIZATION:  A.R.S. §38-847 and Resolution No. 1995-69

    MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION:  5 members

    • Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, or the Chairman's designee (approved by the Board of Supervisors) as Chairman
    • 2 members elected by secret ballot by members employed by the County
    • 2 citizens, one of whom shall be the head of the Merit System or their designee (appointed by the Chairman and approved by the Board of Supervisors)
