Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation offers a number of convenient, well-maintained, scenic picnic and ramada locations for your enjoyment. Enjoy these resources by having your next picnic or gathering at one of our many outdoor sites.

The non-refundable reservation fee is $25. This fee to reserve the ramada/picnic facilities entitles you to use the facility for the full day. The area is reserved for your use on that day; the fee will not be prorated for a partial day’s use. The reservation is for the ramada ONLY. We cannot guarantee the park equipment, i.e. splash pad, electrical outlets, etc. All ramada reservations are issued on a rain-or-shine basis. No refunds.

You may reserve your ramada online. Just click on the button above to get started. Ramadas at all locations may be reserved no less than 60 hours in advance. Make sure that you enter the requested date and number of attendees in the online system and click the “Check Availability” button to see if the ramada you want is available.

A maximum of 75 attendees is allowed at each ramada, except ramadas 3, 4, and 5 at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park, and ramadas 7, 8, 9, and 10 at the Warden Family Splashpad, which are limited to 30 attendees. For reservations of 76 attendees or more, or reservations for ramada 1 or ramada 6 at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park, please fill out a Special Event Application Form, and a staff person will contact you to coordinate your request. Additionally, please note: Brandi Fenton Memorial Park and Warden Family Splashpad ramada reservations cannot be made more than 60 DAYS in advance.

Walk-in ramada reservations are accepted Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at our main office at 3500 W. River Road. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
