  • Performance Management

The Performance Management Program is designed to encourage employees to contribute to work results through cooperative endeavors, continuous learning and purposeful action in meeting client/customer needs. The program involves three parts:
    • Performance Plan
    • Progress Review(s)
    • Performance Appraisal
HR Training and Development is pleased to announce the official launch of the recently improved Performance Management Program.

The Performance Plan and Performance Appraisal forms, previously separate, are now combined into a single, integrated, two-part document.

Listed below are the two most frequently received inquiries during our soft launch of the upgraded program:
    1. "This new form won't let me save a copy."
This is an Adobe Reader version issue; please work with the IT Service Desk to update your Adobe Reader to version XI.
    2. "I'm trying to complete an appraisal for an existing cycle but these duplicate fields are throwing me off."  You may find it less challenging to use the "old" appraisal template for an employee who was on a performance plan prior to the release of the new forms.  The employee's new plan, however, must be in the new two-part document format.
