Single-Lot Floodplain Use Permit related forms

  • Floodplain Use Permit (FPUP) (Updated online form). The old PDF version of the Floodplain Use Permit (FPUP) may also be completed.  NOTE:  While the FPUP form may be a convenient method for applicants to provide the District with information related to the property and the proposed activity,  Permits will be processed using a new permitting software that does not require the completion of this form.  Please contact the District for more information.
