Annexation is a democratic process governed by Arizona State law that requires the consent of more than 50% of the property owners within the Annexation district. For specific guidelines and requirements on the Annexation of Property by a Municipality click on the Arizona Revised Statute 9-471 weblink.

Annexation documents include ordinances, legal descriptions, and maps that describe the annexations. You can view the annexation information two ways.
