District 5 is Pima County's Most Urban District

District 5 is home to 50 registered neighborhood associations and neighborhood organizations. Though many are not active year-round, the majority of neighborhood associations organize and participate in monthly activities.

Most neighborhood associations in District 5 are within City of Tucson limits. Call our office, and we will be happy to direct you to the appropriate program or department - within the jurisdiction of Pima County or the City of Tucson.

Richard is a strong supporter of children, youth, working families, and seniors.

In elected office since 2002, Richard has continually fought for social justice, economic equity, and for our precious Sonoran Desert Habitat. More information on his top issues coming soon.
