    Completion

Depending on the permit type, there are different scenarios for completion including final inspections and potentially a Certificate of Occupancy. See your permit requirements that must be satisfied prior to final inspection (P2F) and prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy (P2C).

    Note

Per Pima County Code, final inspection approval of single family dwellings constitutes the Certificate of Occupancy. A separate Certificate is not issued.
